Should I mix my black lab's healthy dry food with less healthy dry food so he eats it?

My black lab (around 60 lbs, almost two) has pretty much stopped eating his food. I didn't say he's stopped eating, as he still gladly takes treats and often wants my popcorn/other food. But since two days ago he has lost all interest in his food. Which is a shame, because the food costs $100 a bag and he's barely through most of it. He's been eating this food for several months, so I don't know what changed other than the fact he's bored. I've thrown in banana bits, some oatmeal, and wet food in there, but now he won't even eat that. It's starting to freak me out a little. That and his frequent gas, and how he keeps licking his paws. He had diarrhea a few days ago, but his stools are solid now.

The food my dog has been eating is the Acana Wild Atlantic Recipe. One of his trainers said it was healthy, and that it's one of the few dog food brands not owned by the Mars corporation. Is there a more mainstream brand of food I should mix in? Should I bother buying another flavor of that specific brand? I know I should call my vet, but I'm not confident I'll reach anyone since it's the week of Thanksgiving, and I thought he'd be better since the diarrhea went away. But now I just don't know.
