Advice for a new player

So I just started playing and there's a lot to take in but only got a few questions.
- What class would be good for a beginner not looking for op or easiest but somethin simple to learn?
- For professions is it best to start early or wait? And is there a class that's better for doing professions or a stat to focus on?
- When I leave the tutorial zone what should I focus on like quests, wanted posters, gear crafting or buying gear?
I am thinking of going enutrof or fogger but I'll take suggestions. I do like playing support but I'll probably be solo most of the time, I do want to focus pvp at end game.
If you got a suggestion for stat build for enutrof or fogger I'd appreciate it or whatever class you suggest.
