Is there a website where you can create a form (like google forms or Smartsheet) but where the answers submitted by everyone can be locked/hidden (even to the person who created the form) and set to be revealed at a certain time.

Context: I run an NFL "pickems" league. We pick the games every week. When we get to the playoffs, we want to be able to pick the games without everyone knowing our picks until game time (to avoid the people who are in 2nd place and lower changing their picks just to try and win). Our only option right now is to harass someone into letting all of us text them our picks and have them reveal to us at gametime. But I'd love if some form just did this for us. Anybody got anything?
