Does anybody else wake up with a super extreme feeling of what they were feeling in their sleep?

If a dream makes me feel a certain way or something, 8 times out of 9 when I wake up I'll feel that a thousand fold. Sometimes it's distressfull and I need like a full hour to get over it.
