I’m so tired of hearing, “drink, water!”. I promise you, my water intake is higher than that of the average person. Then I hear, “well, it’s not just water it’s electrolytes”. So guess what, I do research and buy high-quality salt minerals to replenish my electrolytes, still headaches! I eat healthy still headaches! Get blood drawn, nothings deficient.
Every day, I can count on having a headache. They are pretty mild, but the best way to describe it is that I’m always conscious of the weight of my head. Is this normal? I just want my head to feel light and free. Not sure if I’ve ever felt that.
