First off. Congrats Dodgers fans. I'm a Cleveland fan myself but wow... To land Ohtani? Congrats. I know NL was the DH now. But my question is with him not pitching in 2024, would the Dodgers have signed him still to such a contract? Would they give him a position to play if they didn't have it? Just was crossing my mind watching a video about how his contract is structured.
