2013 1500 Bighorn issues

Ok, so 3 weeks ago I got my first ram bighorn and I've found a few problems with it, nothing a 9 year old truck with 151k miles on it wouldn't likely need repaired. Here's the list of what I've done and a question on how to fix something.

Alternator, pcm and battery were replaced. I noticed the lights flickering and had a charging system test done, battery was good but the voltage regulator was putting out 15 amps. So, new alternator, not realizing that the voltage regulator is in the pcm. When I realized that part, I replaced the pcm and scanned everything again to see what codes were up or modules were showing errors. Battery was replaced due to not being able to find a date of manufacture and upgrading to an AGM battery.

Here's the question... I have a fault code on the electronic power steering module "over voltage" and if I pull too much power from the system, ie: turn up the vent fan or use the high beams, the power steering goes out.

I'm fine with replacing the module but I can't find where it's located. From the looks of things, it's electric over hydraulic with a pump near the steering gear box on the steering shaft, but my Chilton's book is saying it's in the rack and pinion system.

Can someone explain where to start on the power steering module?
