Hello! This is my first post here and my check engine light came on yesterday: it came on while I was pulling INTO the gas station and making a left handed U-turn. The volume suddenly turned up. And kind of locked the steering wheel. I didn’t think too much of it and turned off the engine and turned it back on and it seems to have fixed itself but the check engine light is still on?

If this is the wrong place to post. Please let me know and I can post to the proper subreddit. If there’s any more info to know please let me know as well :)
