Crazy horse leather boots question.

Hi, this is my second pair of docs now and I notice the leather is softer than the standard black docs that I have. They are about three weeks old and I have put the wonder basalm on them about a week ago. Since then I’ve been wearing them pretty regularly and notice these white marks have been appearing around the creases? I’m clueless when it comes to things like this, so any advice or help on what it is or what I can do to get rid of it would be really appreciated!
