I’m playing a storm sorcerer tempest cleric following the video about the build combination

Only level 2 so far. But we did start with a free feat. I did start half elf and took elven accuracy but my question is, what should I take at my ASI? Should I go for the 20 charisma? Or should I take warcaster for the insane buff to my concentration or for elemental adept on lightning?
My campaign so far is most likely going to be fighting undead. But I worry that if I fight anything with lightning resistance I’ll be woefully weak. But maybe just the 20 Cha will be enough?
