is there a good mobile comparable character sheet creator that allows for easy homebrew races and class?

Basically the title. I'm doing an england to germany road trip with some close friends and family and we wanted to make a campaign to do on the way. We have everything we need but we all have homebrew elements in our characters and need a way to edit our sheets on the go. Usually I'd use paper but it would be cramped already so weve opted to go fully digital. Sorry for the specific request but does anybody have any ideas? Thanks a bunch in the future! (Sorry if this doesnt count as a request)
