First time DM, recommendations for running a first adventure?

Hello everyone, I'm looking to DM my first adventure for two friends and I'm looking for advice on some homebrew adventures or modules that would be suitable.
I don't mind whether they are free or not, I'm willing to buy It If need be, It can be for lvl ranges 1-3 and our preference usually tends to be low to mid magic. but I'm sure I could adapt It If need be. Also, any advice or recommendations would be appreciated!
