So im been wanting to make a dnd subclass for a while and i was struck with an idea at 3am. #DMsThinkBestWithoutSleepLOL

So anyway i started writing some chicken scratch in a note book and came up with this, the Bard College of Command (if you have a better idea for a name comment bellow). So internet/DMs/Players, let me know what you think/ what i can do to improve. If you decide to play test it let me know how it worked and what shenanigans you got up to. Leave your thoughts bellow.
