League of Legends Homebrew

Hello, I'm a rather new player to DnD. My friend who got me into the TTRPG ways got me started on Pathfinder. I got a lore book for the game League of Legends and feel that it's abundant enough in info ( as well as my knowledge from playing the game and reading lore ). But I feel a little...lost. I've never done Homebrew outside of a mission. So any kind of roadmap I can use from other Homebrew knowhows would be much appreciated
