First level.

Spell core. A spell core yoyo can hold a prepared spell for up to 24 hours. Ether the yoyo master needs to be a caster or a spell caster can use one of their prepared spells for the day to fill it. The yoyo Can only hold one spell per day.
Fourth level
Double yoyos, he can spin yoyo in his off hand as if he had two weapon fighting feat.

Fifth level
