Fellow party member is 12 year old girl Cliffette

Party goes to a gnome town during a festival

Cliffette enter's a pie eating competition

Other competitors are mostly adult Dwarves and Gnomes

Cliffette through some miracle wins her preliminary, eating 6 and 3/4 pie

I get an idea

Go to general store, convince owner that my nephew is sick due to undercooked meat, get a concoction made up of rotten fruit, vegetables, and cowpie to make him throw it up

Go over to the gnome running the competition

Convince him that I am a scout for the "International Pie Eating Coalition", and then i've been following Cliffette for a while

Tell him that I have a potion to help the competitors keep their pie's down, and make the competition more interesting to the audience

Convince him that everyone's first pie should be spiked with the potion except for Cliffette, since she obviously can hold her own

Give him the concoction

Few hours later, the final starts

Round 1, Cliffette rolls dex

Nat 1

Cliffette throws her first pie off the table, not wanting it

Rest of competitors start eating their pies

Dwarven favorite to win makes it about a fourth into his pie

Dwarf pukes all over the table

Elf favored to win (who had previously eaten two pies in 6 seconds) eats half his pie, assumes all the pies taste disgusting to make the finals harder, and tries to keep going

DM rolls for rest of competitors, con to see if they puke

Nat 1

One by one, each competitor starts puking their pies, all over the table and each other

It's an absolute shitshow, every time someone pukes, they cause someone else to puke, which causes the original to puke again

Cliffette rolls a con save to not puke, and succeeds

The elf who held his own gives in, and pukes towards Cliffette

Cliffette rolls a reflex save to avoid the puke, and succeeds

Puke is now all over her pies

Cliffette remembers she hasn't eaten any pies yet

Pops up to eat a pie

Nat 20

Picks up the pie tin with her mouth and eats the pie, puke and all, whole

Gnome running the event (who had held his puke down) starts puking in response

Screams out that she doesn't need to eat any pie

The gnome puking is the final straw

The audience starts puking on each other, and the floor is covered with puke

After the chaos, the whole area is covered in puke

This pie eating event was a day no one in the town of Half-Bay will ever forget
