Jester Assassin? Rogue/Bard Multiclass

Is there anyway to optimize a swords bard/ scout rogue? Just a character concept for a skill monkey that I had wasn't sure if it was actually good. I was thinking either Rouge10/Bard10 or Rogue11/Bard9. Im debating between the two because of bards expertise at 10 or reliable talent at rogue 11
