Lemme explain. A few years ago, I was in a Dnd club at my local college. I was curious about making the fastest man alive, but at the time I felt it was too technically complicated for me. Now two and a half years later, I’ve been asked to make a one time use character and I can’t think of any better idea. My limitations are as follows: No higher than level 10 Keep it SFW

I’ll add my own items and shit. Dm said “anything goes” and I have an inkling of an idea on where to start, but I want to see if I’m right. I’m thinking Tabaxi fighter & monk for sure. Maybe rogue too. To be clear, we are looking for the most movement in one turn of combat. Good luck friends!
