Custom lineage exist?

Ive read about custom lineage as your race where you get any 2/ a feat/ darkvision or a skill/ and be either big or small. Its supposed to be in tashas but im not seeing it. I see custom origin where you move a races ability scores around, but not the lineage. Is it a thing or was i reading outdated info?
