So I been playing with a group that consist of my roomate/best friend, another roommate, the DM, and a daughter of the DM (14 yrs). So after playing and seeing what we are doing I notice that the DM gives his daughter way too much freedom in game play. Two examples is that she plays a sorcerer and uses spells she has not learned or gained. I usually have to ask her if she did prepare it or checked it off. The second is that the DM gave her an amulet that turns her to a monster that is a level 16 that gives her op abilities. At first I assumed it'll be a once a day item and that understandable however, not the case. She can turn into the creature whatever, she wants. Thus ruins the game play due to the stats she basically becomes a tank, mage, and a thief because of it. I already talked about this too him and he just shrugs. This to me kills the game and since then left the group.
Anyone experience something similar?
