New party need suggestion on 3 new players

Okay so we are starting a new quest and three of the six players in the party already have characters one is a Dragonborn Paladin one is a human Barbarian and the third is a Tiefling Ranger. We need a couple suggestions for the three new characters that we are bringing into the party. We've only done one session so the three existing characters only have about 75 experience each so the three new characters will not be that far behind. So my question is what is the group missing and what should we try and get the new characters to lean towards as far as class and race go?
