Is there anywhere that has a list of small scenarios to help flesh out what a character would do in different situations?

I'm looking for some kind of list or scenario generator of stuff like "A drunk man insults you in the street" or "A child tugs your shirt and has his palm out" and stuff like that to help figure out who a character is. I've seen it for something between two people, but it wasn't really D&D related.
