Post Body

In a session i'm running with a few friends of mine they are about to arrive at a large city that has several shops in it. I want two of these shops to specialize in toys and candy. I have some starter ideas about what my PCs will be able to buy but I really need some better ideas. I was thinking of doing some Harry Potter-esque candies but when it comes to toys i'm at a loss. I want the PCs to want to buy these so I was hoping to make them seem a bit cool.

Here are some ideas I have so far:

Everlasting Chewing Taffy: Tastes vaguely of banana. It seems to have been enchanted with a simple spell that makes it last literally forever. The flavor does wear off with time, however.

Dandunish Fish: Small candied fish local to the nation that look to be made of a sugary gumdrop concoction. The actual product just tastes like fish. Yuck.

And thats the general idea of it. Once again, I have no idea where to even start with toys so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
