[5e] Multiclasssing my Shadow Monk

I am thinking of grabbing some levels in rogue to help boost my Shadow Monk. Specifically want the extra skills and the sneak attack. That being said I wanted to get some outside thoughts on it.
I am currently a lvl 4 Shadow Monk. No levels in rogue yet.
