I'm currently in a a 5 player 'little person' campaign. I have played with two of the PCs in other campaigns before, so I knew what to expect from them. The PC I am really struggling with is playing a quirky goblin witch, who lived in a swamp and goes out of their way to remind everyone that he is a goblin that eats halflings and gnomes.
My problem is that this goblin character is always speaking in Goblin, which is a language my character doesn't understand. He also starts fights with other party members (And got himself thrown off a wagon because of it.) Basically, I find the type of character he plays to be very annoying, and the person playing him is the kind of person who likes to stir the pot. I don't have a problem with the guy, but his character drives me nuts.
What can I do to better deal with this and curb my annoyance? I still want to play, and I'm the only one with the issue. Clearly, it is just my attitude. Help me see this in a better, more positive light so that I can just enjoy myself.
TL;DR, A fellow PC's character is rubbing me the wrong way, and I want to shift my attitude towards his 'quirky' character type so I can enjoy myself.
