Building my new rogue and need alignment help.

So I'm building my a new rogue, for a new campaign, and this GM has banned Chaotic neutrals, which sucks, because I was a firm believer of steal from everyone and anything, if you can do so without getting caught. I just need help defining a chaotic good, so i can play this one true to his alignment.
