So I’m in a amnesia campaign and things have been going really well until recently. We were heading to a quest in the fae realm at around level 3(I know already odd) and one of our players wasn’t really sure how to do anything with his character he was a necromancer, so our dm let him embrace his faith and skip the fae realm to just understand his abilities more which I would’ve been fine with. However while we have only been in there for 2 fights and leveled up once and had a lot of our skills nerfed he’s now level 8, has 20 in all stats, a summon that gets three critical it’s if it attacks first, and so much health he legit doesn’t have to move during combat(his own words). So how worried should I be that this will ruin what otherwise has been a good campaign as he’s now double our level and is the best at literally everything
