fellow DMs - thoughts on a dragon pc?

not my party, but i had a friend ask if i thought a dragon player character would fly (no pun intended.) i think itās an interesting idea and iām curious to see othersā take on it.
EDIT: player really just āwants to play a dragonā so Iām brewing a druid class, will drop the link when itās done if anyone is interested!
