Looking for "advanced skill training" ideas [4e][DM]

Post Body

Just started running a 4e campaign and one of the players expressed a concern that besides initial training in skills, you only get the 1/2 level bonus as you level. You can never put anymore "points" into a skill (unless I am missing something, which is entirely possible).

I thought Master Training may be the answer, but that just gives the PC's more Powers to use.

Has anyone come across this particular issue and come up with a solution? I don't want to break the game, but also part of me seems to think it would make sense to be able to train further.
