Dealing with an overpowered party?

Post Body

I’ve been running a 5e game for about 3 years now. The players hit level 14 last week and I’m struggling with how ridiculously powerful they are. Party comp is a bard/Paladin multiclass a warlock/Paladin multiclass, a Berserker barbarian, necromancer, and a rune knight fighter. The barbarian kills pretty much everything in one hit because Great Weapon Master, Frenzied Rage, and having Haste cast on him. And he has the Mage Slayer feat. The paladins auras overlap pretty much all the time make it nearly impossible for any spells to take effect. Every enemy I throw at them seems trivial, most are over in less than 4 rounds. Adding minions to balance the action economy simply didn’t work, they couldn’t ever hit anyone because half the party is in plate armor. How to I challenge these hyper-optimized characters and players? It’s starting to feel a lot less fun now. None of my bad guys are threatening because the party knows they’ll win. I put all this time into designing cool encounters, and they last less than twenty minutes.
