Had an idea for a player Character want to know what y'all think. A paladin silver dragon cursed to stay in their human form. Though the player can regain their dragon form. To do so the PC must be an exceedingly high level and undertake a hard quest to break the curse and regain their form. Any ideas on how to make it so the dragon is not exceedingly OP in combat?
