Last week my ex went to the hospital with a kidney stone. She had to call herself an ambulance and the kids had to watch her be taking away( her mom was there with the kids) the next night after she gets out and picks up the kids she text me to come and put the kids to bed because she has a fever. I go over there and take the kids to my parents for the night and take her to the hospital. After she gets checked in she goes and sits by herself. I know I should have left but I didn’t want to leave her there. Two hours later her mom shows up and I leave. I have the kids on the weekend and all this week as I am on holidays. The kids tell me she’s at a cottage with her boyfriend ( who they’ve never met) today she sends me a text telling me she tested positive for ecology in her blood. Doctors originally thought it was an uti but it’s more. Wants me to watch for signs in the kids. Doesn’t ask how baseball or anything was this weekend. I look up how you get E. coli and besides the water and food thing it’s sex, like anal sex This is a rant but why even bother telling me that. She’s not going to see the kids all week so I don’t need to know. It’s like she’s rubbing it in
