So me and wife have been going through a rough patch in our marriage the last 18 months, she moved into separate bedrooms a little over a year ago, so about 6 or 8 months after she adopted my child her attitude started changing, we no longer co parented , she did what she wanted to do and I felt with it, we argued alot then and still do, so about a week ago we have a big argument and she tells me she hasn't been happy in the last two years, and wants to move out and take my child, so here's the thing, I pay all the bills, I take my child to all their dr appointments ( 6 to 10 a year) she's been talking to a guy for about 8 months, they are playing on moving in together ( she says they are not but I overheard a conversation they had) she says technically we are separated, ( by being in separate bedrooms over a year) but just a few weeks ago on father's day we went out and celebrated TOGETHER, over the last 12 months we went out to eat together 12 to 15 times. I Don't think the judge is going to buy her claim of technically separated. I also have an appointment to see a lawyer in 3 weeks, ( best I could do) so do things look favorable or am I screwed.
