I'm in hell guys, and despite all that I've endured I'm breaking. And the fact that she's hired a PI is the one thing breaking me right now.

Does anyone have experience with this in Virginia that can tell me what to expect? I have nothing illegal to hide, I'm a recovering alcoholic with 10 years of sobriety, PTSD, a stable life and job, but I live an alternative lifestyle with my GF that's private and well hidden just for this purpose -- everything we do virtually and in person is with alternative names and contact information (ie email, phone, etc).

Any help will be appreciated, I'm really down on this and it's only a fraction of the full picture of what this abusive woman is doing, has done, and will continue to do to me.

We're in custody court for my visitation, and I recently asked for 50% physical custody. My current setup is supervised at her location and she creeps me everywhere I go with the kids and denies all other requests. This was supposed to be amended in writing by us once I got sober, but that's not going to happen.

For context, I have no criminal record, no debts, never been charged with an alcohol related incident.
