Me and my wife of almost 8 years are going through the big D and I don't mean Dallas. We're both being level headed and calm but I'm not sure what comes next. We have a trailer which as soon as we can it'll be sold off to many memories. Anyways I'm having her take most of the furniture and such since I don't really like it all that much and I want my own stuff. Also we have 3 kids which ideally both of us will have access to them whenever we want. I plan on letting her have them more consistently since she makes less than i do so it'll be easier for her to get things like foodstamps and such. Neither side has any animosity towards the other. But im just lost and don't know where to look I know that we have to goto the courts and fill out paperwork and we should have some sort of plan drawn up or whatever but how do I do that? It's only 70 dollars for the divorce paperwork and we're not going to be fighting over any of the stuff I know there are debts on my side that I'm solely responsible for. There's just so much so please help
