I’m going through a divorce and I’m not super happy with my attorney. My ex is throwing the kitchen sink at me and I am looking for an aggressive attorney who can fight a highly conflicted case. I wanted to be cordial about it but she wants to rake me over the coals. I am more involved in the kids life than her and understand that women always come out on top, but would prefer it to be somewhat fair. Does anyone have any suggestions for the Winchester or NOVA areas? I only want to hear from people with who have personal experience.
