My wife of 4 years and I have been separated for a year and a half. She’s a narc and cheated several times.

My issue is I can reach her on the phone, but she refuses to give me her address so I can serve her papers. Her family doesn’t know either. She’s been using and the crowd she’s with is very sketchy. It’s going to be impossible to locate her unless she’s arrested.

I’m located in Texas and I’m familiar with the process required if I’m unable to contact or locate my spouse. I’m aware of the steps and what must be filed. However, what if I can speak to her by phone, text and email, but she refuses to cooperate in the divorce?

We have no children and No community property. This should be a very easy divorce, but the narcissistic nature of not letting a supply go is making it difficult.

I’m trying not to hire an attorney. With no children or property it shouldn’t require one.

Any advice?
