I've already looked through some of the posts on this subject but wanted to throw it out there one last time...
I've been speaking with a lawyer and I told him I want to sit down for a paid consultation. What questions should I be sure to ask him? I live in a no fault state and my wife is the breadwinner 🥖.
Things like...
–How do they calculate date of separation?
–Attorney fees plus court fees?
–How long will the entire process take (best case/worst case)?
–Separation of assets, why does that look like in my case?
–When should I tell my wife?
–What should and shouldn't I tell my wife when I do speak with her?
– How much CS and spousal support am I looking at?
What am I missing?
Appreciate it, guys 👊🏻
