I'm in the midst of some shit right now and need help. I feel like I'm going down a road well traveled.
I don't need legal advice, I donβt need a therapist, or more time at the gym. I need help dealing with a hostile ex. Almost like a divorce coach to help me get to the other side.
My situation: CA 12 years 8 and 11-year-olds Own a home and still living together $2M in assets Hostile ex has lawyered up. Won't talk with me. Emails crazy shit.
I have an excellent lawyer. But here are some of my questions:
How to communicate with someone who hates you?
How do I avoid spending a fortune on legal fees when everything is contested?
What compromises should I consider to expedite a settlement?
The division of illiquid assets.
Consideration for a special needs child?
