My ex wife is trying to get my daughter(6) to hate my new girlfriend. Advice?

She's told me that my daughter doesn't want to meet or even get in my girlfriend's car. God, this is breaking my heart. I don't know what my ex is filling my little girl's head with.
I asked my daughter directly if she cared if I took her to visit grandma and grandpa in my girlfriend's car and she didn't seem to care a whit.
