I want to come out and say that I am not going through any sort of divorce, split up, etc., but my sister F22 is going through a rough split with her now ex fiancé/father of her kids M27. He had been cheating on her on and off for the last 3 years. She finally kicked him out of her house. He got her pregnant when she was only 16, and they had 3 kids total. And now that he is out of the picture for good, he doesn’t want to help out financially and only “babysits” the kids a total of 14 hours a week. She lives in the Indianapolis, IN area and we are actively trying to find a lawyer so she can get full custody and get him to pay child support. Since no one in my family has had to go though this, we don’t really have any one to give us recommendations or even a pathway to go down. Any advise is appreciated
