Mostly aimed at those post divorce - how long after your divorce did you date again?

My (34M) divorce isn’t finalised and I still live with my ex wife. But I’ve basically had no physical affection for 9 months and I really want to put myself out there. Is this a terrible idea?

I’ve been on a few dates, including a date with a woman in the same situation (divorced but still living with ex and kids) and it was really fun - but I feel weird about it, and honestly the idea of dating is making me feel scared and anxious.

I don’t want to mess anyone around, so I’ve come off the apps until I move out at least. But I also feel lonely / nervous about the future and want to feel desirable / physical again.

God this whole thing is such a head fuck.
