I’m fighting with my stbxw about being able to interact with our kids when they’re at her place. Currently we have 50/50 custody. When the kids are with me I don’t restrict them from taking to her or reaching out to her or anything. When they’re with her she won’t allow me to speak to them, play games on electronics with them, or otherwise interact with them in any way except for a bedtime phone call. The hypocrisy is astounding. I don’t want to stoop to her level because it wouldn’t be fair to the kids in my opinion. Why make them feel as if wanting to interact with their parent is a bad thing? Have any of you had to fight something like this in court? How did it end up? If you won your fight what was used to win? Studies or anything? Thanks in advance
