Because of my work schedule, my kids can't stay the night on weeknights. I go to sleep early and wake up way early

I asked my ex if we could switch up how weekends work a bit so I could at least have one night/day a week that is for me. She immediately gave me a guilt trip. Saying I have hours every weeknight without them. #1. I have an hour between them leaving and me sleep. #2. Why does she think it's some party over here when the kids aren't here? In all honesty, it's pretty god damned depressing. I just want one night for me without a work obligation the next day.

Vent over. She took little jabs at me. I'm taking the highroad. I haven't jabbed once and I've got a bag full of them if I wanted to.
