When I think I'm over it, it hits me all over again

Exactly what the title says.
I'll have days where I'm totally over it, feel ready to move on, and happy or have him out of my life.
But then I'll hear a song that reminds of me of him, a show that we used to watch together -- and it all comes rushing back. The soul-crushing pain of remembering what we once had, the spectacular way he ended it all, and the goodbye I'll never get.
