Hello r/Divorce community. I am in a bit of a bind because of my parental .

Long story short my friend, my father remarried to another woman. Me and my sisters of course had a feeling she only married for benefits (health insurance, pension and life insurance policy) but didnt jump in to much for us not really knowing how much my father cared for this woman. My father has always (irritatingly) kepp his deep feelings to himself so its hard to tell with things emotionaly similar to this.

The minute they got married is when my sisters and I began seeing my father's money just get spent friviously on household things and her seamstress business. Somehow, she convinced my father to put her on his life insurance policy and his pension policy but NOT on her things. Of course this mad us furious then and especially now. They have no assets together but she is on all of his papers. It seems that it could be a smooth divorce because of this but my father wont get off his ass and file.

Is it any way me and my sisters can step in legally? Has anyone dealt with a similar situation and could just give advice? Thank you all

EDIT: I guess I should also point out that he has moved out of their home on his will. He has come to his own conclusion that he has swindled, and has consulted us of divorce but is moving rather slowly
