When will I stop having the dream where we get back together, only for her to betray me straight away?

We always get back together, and then as we are kissing or making out, she betrays me again. And worst, when we argue, I can never get the words out to tell her how she hurt me.
It’s over a year since she left in real life, and mostly I am doing ok (in real life I have no desire to get back together), but these dreams always hit me hard.
