I still dream about my ex wife

Sometimes they are dreams where she betrays me again, sometimes I tell her what I want to tell her in real life, sometimes they are sex dreams. But I always wake up after them feeling shitty.
It’s been a year. I just find it hard to move on when i can’t even sleep without her in my head.
