So me and the wife ( future ex wife) still live together in same house but separate bedrooms until she finds a place and can afford to move. She takes our child to the beach today with friends, so when I get off work, my child is at my parents house, when I get there my child has several bleeding scratches on their legs and sunburn on arms and face and back of the neck. I mean what the hell! She told my mother my child was climbing on the rocks at the beach and fell. Just a few days ago we ( my child and I ) went to a local pool on the so far hottest day of the year ( Wednesday 26th) I sprayed my child twice with sunscreen, guess what, no sunburn, So, what do I do? Report her? Take pictures? Take my child to a doctor? ( the scratches don't seem to bother the child) document with pictures, she didn't even have the guts to call or say "hey so and so fell down at the beach and scratched their legs up" NOT A DAM WORD, my appointment with a lawyer is in 2 weeks , earliest appointment I could get. Please give me some advice.
