So my wife and I separated in April 2023, we have 2 girls been living together she has a job but only pays 300 a month we have a house together In February 2024 she wrote me a letter saying her parents got her apartment that they will be paying for rent and she will be taking our kids since I work nights and she moved out March 5th. yesterday when I was picking up our daughter i asked her why she hasn't disclose where our daughters live which i made it different drop off and pick up because she can drop our kids at my house but I can't drop of them at her house, she said it was in the divorce papers parenting plan I said what papers she said she left them when she move out and thought I would see it so I went to go find them and looked at the date says I have 20 dates to respond which the 20th day would be fri which is today so I went to the court house to get a respond papers they said it wasn't even in the system and also no stamp on the divorce papers can she take the kids and I have no say ?
